WELCOME!
In order for swim meets to run smoothly and on time, each club puts forward a pre-determined number of volunteers at each meet. Swim meets are run by parent volunteers only.
We ask that each family with one or more children attending a meet, volunteer at least one shift (normally, approximately 2h) per day that they are attending. This will even out the volunteer load among all families. (e.g. if your child is attending Saturday only, sign up for 1 volunteer shift on Saturday).
The 8am to 10am and 10am to 12pm shifts will be reserved for our families that have only 6 and under swimmers or are new to swim meets this year.
The following volunteer positions are available at meets (not all are required at all meets) – no experience necessary; plus you get the best seat in the house to watch. Each club has its own lane for timing and must fill the three seats with parent volunteers.

Available positions will be sent out to all families prior to each competition, on a first come, first serve basis, via email. Make sure to check your emails.
By establishing a strong culture of volunteering we ensure registration costs are kept low for generations to come and that meets run smoothly.
