Volunteering at swim meets
Swim meets are run by parent volunteers only. For every swim meet day your child attends, you are required to sign up for a volunteer shift (timing, officiating etc.). This is the only way swim meets can run.
The 8am to 10am and 10am to 12pm shifts will be reserved for our families that have only 6 and under swimmers or are new to swim meets this year.Volunteer opportunities will be sent out via email prior to each meet. Make sure to check your emails. For more information on volunteering, please check the volunteer page on our website.

- May 24 & 25 – Mission
- May 31 & June 1 – Haney
June 7 & 8 – Aldergrove– CANCELLED- June 14 & 15 – Hope
- June 28 & 29 – Langley
- July 5 & 6 – Chilliwack
- July 12 & 13 – Agassiz
- August 1, 2 & 3 – Regional Championships in Abbotsford
- August 15, 16 & 17 – Provincial Championships in Prince George
- September 27, 4-8pm – 2025 Awards Ceremony & Annual General Meeting at the Rosedale Traditional Community School
